Our appointment was originally scheduled through the dealership after they made a mistake, but James made the entire process incredibly easy. He even used his own personal vehicle to drive about 40 minutes round-trip to pick me up so I could get to my vehicle, saving us from having to coordinate transportation ourselves. That level of customer service is rare these days.
The windshield installation itself was seamless and spotless. We’ve used other glass companies in the past that left behind glass debris throughout the vehicle, but Carefree Glass left everything perfectly clean. The quality of their work and attention to detail were obvious.
